Earlier this week I hosted two Future Food Dinners at San Francisco’s 18 Reasons. The non-profit event space is tiny, and there were only 24 seats a night. I wish more people could have joined. On the other hand, I’ve learned a lot that will inform future dinners. Maybe I can take the show on the road?
